Thomas Coffman is board certified in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine. His clinical interests focus on general infectious diseases with a special interest in travel and tropical medicine, tuberculosis, hospital medicine and bacterial infections. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and medical degree from the University of Iowa. He completed his internal medicine residency and infectious diseases fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.
